Rich replaced my Septic Pump and Trench.
For the Septic , I had a guy previously who left my pump out on the land for a year and said he would come back to complete the work. I tried to chase after him for 18 months and finally let him know I was moving on!! After speaking with Rich on the day he came to give the estimate he quickly gave me a price and after I approved it same day, he and Josh his amazing Septic expert started to do the job. They went out got the pump and got right to work and completed everything in a day and a half. I was super happy with the work performed on the Septic pump replacement that I talked with him about the drainage challenges I was having and he offered a recommendation. I gave him that job too! He exceeded my expectations as I don't think I have ever seen a nicer looking trench. He artistically positioned all the boulders , increased my flow on all the drain pipe replacements. The trench looks like it's part of the landscaping it came out so nice. Way to go Rich ! Your brother and Josh did a great job and thank you for the attention to detail! I have not seen a nicer looking trench and it's stands in a place on its own !

I had Rich and his team clearing for me to open my back yard to a pasture. After a long hard day, and now lots of watering- we have a HUGE back yard!! In addition, we took down a bunch of old landscaping shrubs that just became too much after 45+ years. Thank you!

Had water seeping into my basement. Two months prior I had a contractor who "knew what he was doing" come out and address the situation. After experiencing moisture still penetrating my basement, I decided to google search contractors, eventually bringing me to R.K Brauer Contracting Services.
My inherited moisture problem is a tough one to figure out and has been an on-going diagnosis by Rich and his crew. It is comforting that Rich brings problems or "changes" that arise in the middle of the job to my attention and provides and accurate solution instead of trying to piece-meal a temporary solution as a long term one just to get through the job. I also appreciate his patience to listen to my concerns and explain why certain parts of his process are important. As we progress through this issue I will update this review...........

Rich, the owner of R K Brauer Contracting Services, met our expectations and then some! Working with him was a pleasure. Not only did I learn so much, but also met a great quality guy who served our country. We had a few different projects lined up and Rich tackled them all. Our main project was turning a patch of rocky brush into a back yard. He recommended me to a local topsoil guy who delivered the soil to our house at a fair price. He began with his brush cutter, clearing the way and then used the mountains of soil to build our backyard. He has a very keen eye when it comes to the grade of the land. After the soil was graded he put the finishing touches on using his soil conditioner. I sprinkled some fertilizer and grass seed and had germination within a month. He also repaired some large holes on our stone driveway and did some chainsaw work clearing trees. Excellent work all around! Rich is very easy to work with and full of knowledge in his field. He keeps you up to date and is so easy to talk too. On top of all that the prices are fair. Will definitely be using R K Brauer Contracting Services in the future!

We hired Rich to fix our gravel road which had badly deteriorated from erosion. He regraded the road, repaired the swale drain on the side of the road, laid down new stone, and rolled everything to compress it. Now it's as good as new and he did it all for a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

I contacted Rich to have an underground water leak repair at my residence. He answered the call immediately and was very honest and knowledgeable with the proposed scope of repair.

From initial phone to being on site was less then a week. Rich and his guys did exactly what they said they would, were on time, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process.

He took pictures and documented the whole process. Part of the job was subcontracting a plumber and coordinating with the water authority during which he handled everything while keeping me updated.

Plus he's got fancy shiny big digging stuff. Absolutely would and will recommend.
